International Business Administration (IBA) is a new study programme at Tilburg University as of the academic year 2009-2010. It is build on the strengths of the former study programmes Business Studies and International Business. International Business Administration is a three-year undergraduate programme leading to a Bachelor of Science degree.
General information
Students of International Business Administration are prepared for a future career in the worldwide business arena. Therefore they will develop the ability to think and act affectively when working with people in business organisations, both profit and non-profit. This is stimulated by focussing on the development of skills in amongst others writing, reporting, communication, planning, teamwork, networking, systematic research and entrepreneurship. Further, this study programme offers an unique combination of theory and practice with a strong international character. This is done by means of interactive teaching methods, international classrooms and the group assignments.
