Committee Description
Asset | FIRST International publishes each semester a semi-informal magazine named the FIRST Response that is made by students, for students. This magazine is published in two different versions: one for all students of the Bachelor programmes International Business Administration and Economics, and a slightly different edition for the Bachelor programmes Business Studies, International Business and International Economics and Finance. Each edition of the FIRST Response contains course evaluations, statistics on exams, and several articles that provide students with all sorts of information concerning the activities organised by Asset | FIRST International and experiences of students that have studied abroad.
For each edition, the FIRST Response committee is responsible for writing the articles and/or looking for students that are willing to contribute to the magazine. Normally, there are a lot of students that contribute to the FIRST Response. Course evaluations have to be written by students that have followed the courses before, active members of Asset | FIRST International often write a small article about the activities they have organised and students that have studied abroad are given the opportunity to write about their experience. Furthermore the committee is responsible for finding sponsors and for the design and layout of the FIRST Response.
All the tasks of the FIRST Response committee are spread over the year and therefore the committee members do not have to put a lot of time in completing there tasks every week. However, the committee is working on compiling the FIRST Response for the whole year.
