The organisation of the EBT consists out of eight enthusiastic students. Three of them are full-time working and the other five are part-time working to organise this event. Positions Organisation EBT 2011:
Chairman (full-time)
• Preside board meetings EBT • Representative of the EBT organisation in the advisory board • Overall coordination of the organisation • Responsible for the year planning • Determination strategy of the EBT • External communication • Support treasurer (with the budget) • Support one of the coordinators of one (or two) of the EBT days
Secretary (full-time)
• Replacement chairman in absence of the chairman • Representative of the EBT organisation in the advisory board • Take minutes of board meetings EBT • Responsible for written communication: articles, content of website etc. • Responsible script EBT • Responsible for the EBT bundle • Support one of the coordinators of one (or two) of the EBT days
Treasurer (full-time)
• Financial affairs EBT • External financial reporting • Responsible for the contracts • Contact person Audit of Accounts EBT • Fiscal and legal affairs, subsidies and insurances • Support vice-chairman in making the EBT bundle (if necessary) • Support secretary in making the website content (if necessary) • Support one of the coordinators of one (or two) of the EBT days
Lay-outer (part-time)
• Responsible of the website of the EBT (maintenance e.g.) • Coordination of one (or two) of the EBT days • All lay-out tasks: Design of the writing paper, envelopes, design of the e-mail template and business cards etcetera • Support secretary with the EBT bundle
External Affairs 1 (part-time)
• Recruitment and maintenance sponsors • Contact person recruiters • Responsible for sponsor packages • Support the treasurer with the sponsor contracts • Coordination of the Case Day • Responsible for the sponsor bags and sponsor folders
External Affairs 2 (part-time)
• Recruitment and maintenance sponsors • Contact person recruiters • Responsible for sponsor packages • Support the treasurer with the sponsor contracts • Responsible for the sponsor bags and sponsor folders • Coordination of one of the EBT days
Promotional Coordinator (part-time)
• Determination promotional plan of the EBT • Arrange promotional clothing • (Coordination promotional kick-off party) • Coordination promotional activities • Responsible for the opening programme • Coordination of one (or two) of the EBT days
Location Manager (part-time)
• Responsible for the event locations • Contact person Conference Office • Responsible for the logistic planning during the weeks • Responsible for the timetable of companies during the Company Presentation Days. • Coordination of the volunteers • Coordination of one (or two) of the EBT days
