The tasks of the Consultancy Day committee consist of contacting companies, informing them about the activity and maintaining contact if they are interested in participation. Also the committee has to arrange the location on campus and promotional material. Furthermore the committee has to develop a detailed programme of the day to ensure that no problems will occur and everything will go very smoothly when the Consultancy Day takes place. In the beginning of the first semester the promotion of the Consultancy Day will start and, thus, will the committee have to promote the activity on campus and during lectures. On October 13, the 2009 edition of the Consultancy Day will take place and the committee will guide the participating students and companies during the day. Last, after the Consultancy Day has taken place, an evaluation of the activity and the organisation will follow to come up with recommendations and tips for the future committees.

The committee of every edition of the Consultancy Day will start up in the beginning of the second semester.
